Apparently the (Service Center) had some bad experience with the paperwork processing time (with another) extended warranty-type plan. So they wanted to charge an additional hour of labor! Then I asked, “What if it doesn’t take an hour?” The Service Center said they would not charge a fee. The Service Center was amazed at how quickly CSP took care of business – less than 10 minutes! They were astonished! Needless to say, I was not charged the additional (hour) and I just renewed my CSP policy."
